Ran into Nick Offerman (Ron Swanson on NBC’s Parks and Recreation) last night and gave him this painted Swanson (what? I make toys sometimes. It’s not even the lamest of my hobbies). I hadn’t seen him since we did a show at the Studio Theatre in DC back in the fall of 2009, and he was nice enough to pose for this shot and sign a photo for my brother with the inscription “get a job.”
If you’re in Los Angeles, his live show, American Ham, just added another date at the Largo.

Oh God, Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman talking about each other for two minutes, IT’S LIKE ALL MY HOPES AND DREAMS. I like them with their respective spouses so so so much, but I would totally read fic about them being kids in Chicago theater together, eating pie and popping and locking. And doing it, or whatever.
